Since signing on two months ago to teach English (Grace) and Spanish (Greg) at a university in either Qinhuangdao or Beijing, we've been busy wrapping up the school year at our current places of employ, fulfilling the many requirements to be given a work visa, and learning all we can about the fascinating country we'll call home for the next couple of years!
