Nica Connection

Jackie Loftsgard is doing the semester abroad portion of her undergraduate studies in International Development here in Thailand... she and my son Tim were classmates at Nicaragua Christian Academy until we moved to North Carolina in 2005.  She and her Chiang Mai host family prepared a Thai feast for us last night... Jackie topped the meal off perfectly for us with an exquisite "tres leches" for dessert!
